Over 25 years making complicated operations simple again.
Most operations already run on more technology than they realize, just not technology that talks to itself. The fix is rarely less of it, usually integrating what's already there or building the piece that's missing. It's the right technology, actually built for how you work.
Back in 2005 I found myself at a new beginning. It wasn't the most glamorous job in the world, but carrying moulding on my back to fill a lumber yard order, or the occasional house pack, was a great way to stay in shape without joining a gym. It didn't take long before I got bit by the wood bug, and my passion for manufacturing and business started to grow.
Over 25 years later I don't carry much lumber on my back anymore, but that itch never really left. Since then it's taken me into greenhouse operations, property management offices, roofing and concrete crews, print shops, and distribution warehouses, alongside the manufacturing and millwork floors where I started.
I get called in when the spreadsheet has become load-bearing, when the schedule only lives in one person's head, or when the software that was supposed to help has become the reason nothing moves.

What that's looked like
- Production scheduling and capacity planning for a millwork plant running three shifts
- Automated the paperwork between an 80s-era mainframe and everyone still using it
- Rebuilt intake and dispatch for a roofing and concrete contractor tired of the whiteboard
- Syndication pipelines pushing the same rental listing to a dozen platforms without a human touching it twice
- Environmental controls and reporting for a commercial greenhouse operation
- Web presence, SEO, and print production working from one shared source of truth instead of three
